Our application process consists of a low $25.00 application fee, current and previous landlord verification, employment verification, and home inspection. These simple steps make it easier for you to get into the home you want. We are one of the only companies that do not require credit checks as part of our application process, which makes it easier for our customers to qualify for a home.
